Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging when applicable.
Some products may have different return requirements or may not be eligible for return due to their nature. We will provide the applicable return instructions when your request is reviewed.

Do not send merchandise back without receiving return instructions from Vibes & Value first. Because some products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, the return address and return instructions may vary by product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide instructions for resolving it.
Refunds
